Built for the Church, By People Who Care
We believe tribunals deserve modern tools that respect both the sacred nature of their work and the practical demands of case management.
Our Story
Tribunal OS was born from a simple observation: the tribunals serving the Catholic Church deserve better tools. Too many are still operating with paper files, Excel spreadsheets, or software that was never designed for their unique needs.
The annulment process is both deeply personal for the parties involved and canonically complex for the tribunal. It requires careful attention to Church law, compassionate communication, and meticulous record-keeping. Yet most tribunals are forced to manage this sacred work with generic tools that create more administrative burden, not less.
We set out to change that. Tribunal OS is purpose-built from the ground up for Catholic marriage tribunals. Every feature, every workflow, every automation is designed around how tribunals actually work — and how they could work better.
What Drives Us
Service to the Church
We see our work as a form of ministry — supporting those who serve the faithful in their time of need.
Purpose-Built Solutions
No more adapting generic software. Every feature is designed specifically for tribunal operations.
Modern Innovation
Bringing the best of modern technology to an institution with ancient roots and timeless mission.
Trust & Security
Tribunal work involves sensitive matters. We treat data protection as a sacred responsibility.
Why Tribunal OS Is Different
Other case management systems were built for law firms, government agencies, or general business — then awkwardly adapted for tribunals. We took a different approach.
Canon Law Native
Workflows built around the 1983 Code of Canon Law. Every status, every step reflects the canonical process.
Automation First
Cases move forward automatically. Status changes trigger tasks and notifications — so nothing falls through.
Built With Tribunals
Developed in partnership with tribunal staff who understand the daily realities of this work.
“Tribunals do sacred work under practical constraints. They deserve tools that honor both realities.”

We're just getting started. Tribunal OS is currently in early access, working closely with founding dioceses to refine every aspect of the platform. Our roadmap includes deeper automation, enhanced reporting, and features shaped directly by the tribunals who use it.
If you share our vision of modern, efficient tribunal operations — we'd love to hear from you.
